2017 Wilderness Pack Trips
Our pack trips take you into the remote wilderness of Montana where the only way to see the beauty here is on foot or horseback. There are no crowds or traffic jams. We help you enjoy the quiet, serene beauty of Montana's mountains, rivers, and wildlife.
We plan pack trips based on the time of year and the areas you will visit. The fishing trips stick closer to the larger streams, while the travel trips tend to range further in distance and higher in elevation. The summer horse packing trip schedule is also downloadable here.
The wilderness traveling pack trips below tend to spend more time riding and getting to spectacular scenic areas. The horseback trips vary in length to allow you to pick the amount of riding you want to experience - ranging from a leisurely 5 day trip with a couple of campsites to the 8 day Chinese Wall trip visiting 4 campsites and covering close to 70 miles on horseback.
